Store Pickup

Store pickup (Free)

  1. Pick up your safe directly from our West Sacramento location.
  2. While we are happy to assist with loading, you are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped for safe transport.

Important Considerations

  1. Weight Considerations: Safes are extremely heavy. Please consult with a salesperson regarding the safe's weight and loading requirements.
  2. Vehicle Requirements: We recommend a pickup truck or trailer. Small vehicles or vans are not suitable. Ensure your vehicle or trailer has appropriate tie-downs for securing the safe.
  3. Tailgate Removal: Please be prepared to remove your tailgate, as we are unable to assist with this.
  4. Confirm Product Availability: Call us 24 hours in advance to confirm your safe is ready for pickup at the showroom.

Curbside Drop-Off

Curbside drop-off (starting at $225)

We deliver the boxed and palletized safe to your driveway or garage, provided there is a level concrete pathway.

Please note, the safe will remain boxed and palletized, and mileage fees may apply.

In-Home Installation

In-Home Installation (Starting at $325)

  1. This option includes safe placement on the first floor of your home or business, with 0-4 steps, and requires a level, concrete or paved pathway.
  2. Safe removal from the pallet and anchoring (if requested) are included under normal conditions.

Important  Considerations

  1. Please ensure that the pathway and foundation can support the weight of the safe and our equipment.
  2. Mileage fees may apply.

upstairs/downstairs installation

Upstairs/downstairs Installation (starting at $475)

This option includes safe delivery and installation involving 4-15 stair steps.

Before scheduling the installations, we will need to assess your stairs to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Provide Stair Photos

  1. Please bring, text or email photos of your stairs and discuss with our team.
  2. We may request additional information to ensure a smooth installation.

Important Note

  1. Due to the size and weight of some larger safes, they may not be eligible for upstairs/downstairs delivery.
  2. Our team will assess whether your safe can be safely moved to the requested location.

Important Installation Policies: Post-Tension Slabs

Post-tension slabs

  • Many homes today have post-tension slab (PT Slab) foundations, which cannot be bolted into.

Customer Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for determining if your home has a PT slab.

Alternative Options

  • Alternatives like gluing may be available, but these could damage the floor if the safe is moved.

Customer Responsibilities: The customer must ensure that pathways, decks, staircases, and foundations are adequate to support the safe, the moving equipment, and our crew. Additional charges may apply for complex installations.

Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline any installation that poses a risk of injury or property damage. Safety is our top priority, and all installations are conducted in accordance with our Safety Policy.
